If you have not reached the top of your salary scale then you will be attested. To enable the Principal to make a fair and consistent judgment you need to provide:
- Completed Quality Practice Template (this will be compiled by all staff)
- 2 x Observations
- 2 x Discussions (initial and final appraisal discussions)
- Completed Appraisal document (click link to make your own copy)
