Appraisal (Final Appraisal Meeting) – (Discussion # 2)

What have you initiated, developed, implemented etc.

(Discussion on student voice reviews of the year)

What concerns do you have?

Individually as a teacher. About your classes, the department, the school?

What would you like to see happen next year?

Your individual goals? Where the department should be heading?

For the summary of discussion, include what you would keep, what you would change, what you learned and what you would suggest for a future TAI.
